We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

In your request, include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Any relevant photos

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
